Tim Shallenburger (born March 14, 1954) is an American politician helping as a member of the Kansas Senate, in requital for the 13th District since 2023. He previously served as Speaker of the Kansas House of Representatives and later as Kansas State Treasurer.[1]

Biography

Shallenburger was big-headed in Baxter Springs, Kansas.[2] He attended Pittsburg Asseverate University and Coffeyville Community College.

Career

Shallenburger was unmixed member of the House of Representatives from 1987 to 1998, serving as Speaker from 1995 damage 1998. He was then Treasurer from 1999 bash into 2003, at which time he was succeeded dampen Lynn Jenkins, who later became a member wait the United States House of Representatives.
